How to Login in FASTag portal first time
  • Individual customer to click on Retail Login and Corporate customers to click on Corporate Login. Then click on the option of �First Time User� on the home page of the FASTag portal.
  • Enter any 2 details of the following fields displayed;
    • Customer ID (Customer ID is 13 digit numeric number which is mentioned in the Welcome Emailer & starts with 17xxxxxxxxxxx)
    • RFID number (RFID is 16 digit numeric number which is mentioned on the FASTag & starts with 6xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
    • Wallet ID (Wallet ID is 14 digit numeric number which is mentioned in the Welcome Emailer & starts with 17xxxxxxxxxxx)
    • Vehicle ID (vehicle number, Ex -MH00AA1111).
  • Enter mobile number, which provided at the time of applying for FASTag and click on �Next Step�.
  • Click on �Generate OTP� (One Time Password) option which will be sent on the registered mobile number for authenticating the request of password generation.
  • On successful validation of the OTP, the portal will then prompt to enter the new password which is to be set. (Password has to be in the combination of alphanumeric, one special character, one alphabet in capital and minimum 8 characters in length to a maximum of 20 characters, example � @2017)
  • Select minimum 3 secret questions from a dropdown menu & provide appropriate answer and then click on continue to complete the registration to access FASTag account.
  • Automatically Login Page will be displayed where the customer needs to login with User ID and new Password to access FASTag account.
How to Login to acess your Fastag Account
  • FASTag issued to individual customers are requested to click on �Retail Login� option on the home page of the FASTag portal. Or FASTag issued to corporate customers are requested to click on �Corporate Login� on the home page of the FASTag portal. Individuals and Corporate customers to follow the below mentioned steps:
  • In the �User ID� field enter the Customer ID (which starts with 17xxxxxxxxxx) which is mentioned in the Welcome Mailer sent on the registered Email ID / Mobile Number. Following are the others option which the customer may choose to enter in the User ID field for logging in to the FASTag account.
    • Customer ID (Customer ID is 13 digit numeric number which is mentioned in the Welcome Emailer & starts with 17xxxxxxxxxxx
  • Enter the Password and then click on Login to access FASTag account.
  • Click on �Generate OTP� (One Time Password) option which will be sent on the registered mobile number for authenticating the request of password generation.

How to retrieve Login Password (Forgot Password)?
  1. Click on the option of �Forgot Password� on the home page of the FASTag portal.
  2. Enter any 2 details of the following fields displayed;
    • Wallet ID (Wallet ID is 14 digit numeric number which is mentioned in the Welcome Emailer & starts with 17xxxxxxxxxxx)
    • RFID number (RFID is 16 digit numeric number which is mentioned on the FASTag & starts with 6xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
    • Wallet ID (Wallet ID is 13 digit numeric number which is mentioned in the Welcome Emailer & starts with 17xxxxxxxxxxx)
    • Vehicle ID (vehicle number, Ex -MH00AA1111)
  3. Enter mobile number provided at the time of applying for FASTag and click on �Next Step�.
  4. Click on �Generate OTP� (One Time Password) option to receive either on the registered mobile number or Email ID for authenticating the request of password re-generation.
  5. On successful validation of the OTP, the portal will then prompt to enter the new password which is to be set. (Password has to be in the combination of alphanumeric, one special character, one alphabet in capital and minimum 8 characters in length to a maximum of 20 characters, example � @2017)
  6. Automatically the Login Page will appear where the customer needs to login with new Password set to access the FASTag account.
What are the various functions available in FASTag online Portal?
  1. Following are the functions which the customer can have access to in FASTag online portal:
    • a. Manage Account � Road User Profile

      Customer can view their details, Address, Wallet details, Vehicle details, Account details and view/download FASTag Wallet statement in excel format.

    • b. Service Request �Generate Service Request -> Request Type

      i. Closure Request � Customer can place the request either to close the RIFD Tag or Wallet.

      ii. Suspend Request � To place request for temporary closure of the RIFD Tag and Wallet.

      iii. Transaction Dispute � Customer can raise the dispute towards a particular transaction debit not authorized

      iv. Whitelist � This option can be used to activate your RFID Tag / Wallet for use.

    • c. Service Request �View Service Request

      Customer can view the status of the service request.

    • d. Payment And Topup � Recharge

      With this option customer can recharge FASTag instantly.

    • e. Reports & Statements

      Customer can view the transaction details of a particular date/month and download the Wallet statement.

How to recharge FASTag instantly (for both Individual and Corporate Users)?
  • Login in to FASTag Portal with User ID / Wallet ID and Password.
  • Select the option of Payment And Topup -> Recharge.
  • Select the respective Wallet ID which is to be recharged and enter the value. The recharge value can be upto maximum of Rs.1 lakh.
  • Select the respective mode of payment, enter the subsequent details & click on �Make Payment�. FASTag will be reloaded instantly. The payment can be used by Bank Credit/Debit Card, Bank NetBanking, Other Bank Credit/Debit Card or Other Bank NetBanking.
  • Corporates can also make the payment through NEFT / RTGS funds transfer. The Corporate has to add Bank�s eTOLL Dummy Account No. and IFSC Code as payee ( Bank Branch 9956, Bank account No. -50200023407524, IFSC Code � 0009956). The request for recharge of the respective FASTag Wallet will be processed on sighting funds in the above mentioned account. The Wallet will be recharged on next working day.
How to block FASTag account in case the vehicle is theft?
  • Login in to FASTag Portal with User ID / Wallet ID and Password.
  • Select the option of Service Request -> Generate Service Request.
  • Select Request Type as Closure Request to close the RIFD Tag or Wallet.
  • Also once block FASTag account by calling 24x7 Customer Care on 18001201243.
How to raise dispute/compliant related to a particular transaction?
  • Login in to FASTag Portal with User ID / Wallet ID and Password.
  • Select the option of Service Request -> Generate Service Request.
  • Select Request Type as Transaction Dispute to lodge a complaint/dispute with respect to a particular debit on your FASTag Wallet.
  • Also one can raise a dispute by calling 24x7 Customer Care on 18001201243.
